Over the last several years my hubby and I have had the worst luck buying from some of the used car lots. Gary was a breath of fresh air at Mitchells today. He heard a noise in the vehicle I wanted to test drive and rather than brushing it off, he took care of it. He wasn’t just trying to make a sale but ensure that I was leaving in something reliable. It was by far the best experience I have had buying at ANY used car lot. I went there feeling really uncertain this morning but left feeling like I met a car salesman who ACTUALLY CARES!
